Shipping Destinations & Restrictions

USA Only: We currently only ship to addresses within the Continental United States.

P.O. Boxes & Military Bases: Please note that due to the alcohol content in fragrances (classified as hazardous materials for air travel), some orders may be restricted to Ground Shipping and might not be deliverable to certain P.O. Boxes, APO, FPO, or DPO addresses.

We offer straightforward tiered shipping based on your order value:

Standard Shipping (Orders under $30.00): $4.99 Flat Rate

Order Processing & Handling

Processing Time: Most orders are processed within 1 – 3 business days (Monday – Friday, excluding public holidays).

High Demand Periods: During peak seasons or product launches, processing may take up to 5 business days. We will notify you via email if a significant delay is expected.

Delivery Estimates

Standard Delivery: 3 – 10 business days after the order has been processed and dispatched. Delivery times vary by region.

Tracking: Once your order is shipped, a confirmation email with a tracking number will be sent immediately. Please allow 24-48 hours for the carrier to update the status.

Address Accuracy & Responsibility

Customer Responsibility: It is the customer's responsibility to provide a complete and accurate shipping address.

Redirection: Once an order has been dispatched, we cannot change the delivery address.

Returned Packages: If a package is returned to VZZV due to an incorrect address or being unclaimed, the customer will be responsible for the original shipping cost plus a re-shipment fee of $6.99.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Delivered Status: VZZV is not liable for packages stolen after a confirmed delivery. If the tracking shows "Delivered" but you have not received it, please contact your local post office.

Investigation: If a package is lost in transit (not marked as delivered), please contact us at support@vzzvfragrance.com within 14 days of the estimated delivery date.

Fragrance Safety & Damage Claims
We take immense pride in our packaging to ensure your VZZV fragrance arrives in perfect condition.

Damage Policy: In the rare event of a leak or breakage during transit, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Evidence Required: Please email support@vzzvfragrance.com with your order number and clear photos/videos of the damaged product and the shipping box.
