VZZV Fragrance - Return & Refund Policy
Thank you for shopping at VZZV. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. However, due to the personal and hygienic nature of fragrance products, we have established the following policy to ensure safety and quality for all our customers.

  1. Order Cancellation

  • Before Dispatch: You may cancel your order for a full refund before it has been dispatched from our warehouse. Please contact us immediately at support@vzzvfragrance.com with your order number.
  • After Dispatch: If your order has already been shipped, it cannot be canceled. You must follow the return process outlined below once you receive the package.

  1. Return Eligibility (30-Day Window)

  • Time Frame: You must initiate your return request within 30 days of receiving your product.
  • Condition: To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, unopened (with original plastic seal/cellophane intact), and in the same condition that you received it.
  • Hygiene Rule: For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns for fragrances that have been opened, sprayed, or used, unless they arrived damaged or defective.

  1. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or refunded:
  • Opened or sprayed fragrances.
  • Sale items or products purchased during clearance events.
  • Gift cards.
  • Items returned without prior Return Authorization (RA).

  1. Return Process

  1. Request: Email support@vzzvfragrance.com with your order number and the reason for the return.
  2. Authorization: Our team will review your request and provide a Return Authorization (RA) and the return shipping address if approved.
  3. Shipping: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

  1. Damages, Leakage, and Issues

We take great care in our packaging, but if an issue occurs during transit:
  • Report Window: You must report any damage, leakage, or incorrect items within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Evidence Required: To process a claim, you must provide clear photos or an unboxing video showing the damaged product and the shipping label/box.
  • Resolution: Once verified, we will send a replacement at no additional charge or issue a full refund for the affected item.

  1. Refund Process

  • Inspection: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • Processing: If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 3–5 business days.
  • Note: Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account.

  1. No Exchange Policy

To ensure you get the scent you want as quickly as possible, we do not offer direct exchanges. We recommend returning the unwanted (unopened) item for a refund and placing a new order for the desired product.
